BIOGRAPHY
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I've performing and recording experimental music by myself and with others for the last 10 years. Being primarily an electronic artist, but also a dabbler in just about any other method of sound production, I've performed and recorded with Simultaneous Appropriation and Transmission, Dendrites, and Turd Cannon, and am a founding member of Otiose Octopi and Urinal Cake.
Having come of age in the late 90's, I feel myself to be a bit of a dinosaur leftover from the days when record shops used to have an "Experimental" section. Genre is a compositional tool at best, and a marketing gimmick most times, so in my mind and in my music there are no hard and fast rules about what you can or can not put together on an album or on a track.
